Had a very special stay for two nights, glad I've chosen it. Its location was central, not very far from an arts theater...

Had pleasant experience, overall high-class and first-rate place.

The breakfast was absolutely stunning, free with hot options. My deluxe room was available with a laptop-size safe, a mini bar, and central heating.

Our stay was delightful, enjoyed generous and stunning breakfasts.

We found everything first-class, recommend it to anyone. Big rooms with a really good bed and impeccable service - just as we expected.

The place was beautifuly designed and fairly clean. Overall it was reasonably large with bath and shower. The staff was patient & attentive. The location was perfect and excellent, in the centre of Pamplona and the interior design was nice.

I greatly enjoyed being there, the place is wonderful and absolutely fantastic.

The room I stayed in was big size with balconies on the running of the bulls route. This hotel was located in a central area right by Ernest Hemingway wrote " The Sun Also Rises, the Main square where the Bulls pass by during San Fermin's bull fights, and many great restaurants and attractions. It was near Otano, where you can have lunch.

During my recent stay in the heart of the city, I had the opportunity to witness the thrilling atmosphere of the festivities right outside the hotel. The spacious room, with its two charming balconies overlooking the bustling street, provided an authentic and immersive experience. The bathroom, with its luxurious rain shower and separate bath, was a delightful sanctuary. The reliable wifi signal allowed me to stay connected effortlessly. Although there was no air conditioning, the refreshing breeze from the open window was pleasant and, surprisingly, I did not encounter any disruptions from the street noise. The hotel's prime location offered easy access to the university, bull ring, and cathedral, making it the perfect choice for exploring the old city center. The friendly and professional staff ensured a warm welcome and a smooth check-in process. While the breakfast selection was limited, the nearby restaurants compensated for this. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the well-maintained hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel for an unforgettable stay in Pamplona.

Impeccable service and brilliant location. If you're thinking of staying in Pamplona, seriously look no further than this hotel. They bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable and it is the best location in the city.

Very helpful staff. Superb room. Wonderful facilities. Car was taken from outside front door to car park and returned as we left.

Difficulty in finding the hotel in the car. Because of the pedestrian areas it was very complicated to get to it. However the hotel reception staff were helpful in the utmost and eventually we made it although without SATnav I suspect it would have been impossible.

The location was incredible in a lively area, near where Hemmingway hung out, and the main square and the route of the bull running. Spent a nice evening at Sidreria Chez Belagua, located an easy walk to the venue.

The hotel was in the main square, close to Hemingway's favorite café. The receptionist personally took us to our room, provided extra tea and milk, and allowed us to check out late. The service was exceptional and the room superb. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Perfection has reached a new height! This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, comfortable and luxurious rooms without overdoing it. Excellent staff: kind, friendly and helpful while staying in the background. I don't understand the other reviewers complaints about the private car park. You just ask the front desk for your car and they park it for you in front of the hotel within a few minutes.

Cannot think of one even in my grumpiest mood.

The staff was so friendly---our room was ready early which was great so we could nap a bit before sightseeing. Location to everything in old town was excellent. Would like to stay again. For some they might say it could be a bit noisy on a weekend--but that is Spain--eat late and socialize outside. Room was very soundproof with new sound proof windows and good temerature control

Appreciated the place, it was first-rate and worked for me. The location was EXCELLENT, not very far from a performing arts theater. Got the same grand deluxe room booked online with a balcony, five large windows looking onto Plaza del Castillo, as for instance.
