The hotel was in the main square, close to Hemingway's favorite café. The receptionist personally took us to our room, provided extra tea and milk, and allowed us to check out late. The service was exceptional and the room superb. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

A safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar in the room and the lovely bed. Location very close to Pamplona, Cafe Iruna, where Hemmingway hung out, and many tapas bars, shops and restaurants and great bars.

The rooms were soundproof, the bed was very comfortable, and the layout of the room was great. The breakfast trays were divine, but be careful not to overeat. The hotel is located in a lovely plaza, with great Tapas bars nearby. The shower in our room was the best we had on our trip. The hotel staff was excellent, and the concierge service was very helpful. The rooms were large, had balconies, and the bathroom facilities were awesome.
Felt right at home, and nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel has an amazing location right on the square, which means you are in the heart of the action. You can even go to the famous Cafe Uruña, where Ernest Hemingway ate and drank, just next door. The hotel is in a restricted traffic zone, so it's peaceful and quiet. The rooms are large and have beautiful wood paneling, with a nice balcony over the back street. The bathroom facilities are superb and the staff is extremely helpful.
The description for driving to the hotel could be improved. It can be quite challenging to find the exact directions.

I absolutely loved my Christmas stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The Christmas lights and the festive atmosphere in the nearby plaza made the experience even more magical. Another great aspect was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and ensuring that all of our needs were met. Moreover, the room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a cozy and enjoyable stay.
One minor downside was the lack of kitchen facilities in the room. It would have been nice to have a kettle or a small refrigerator to store some snacks or drinks.

I had an exquisite stay at this luxurious hotel. the impeccable service provided by the staff exceeded my expectations. the elegant and exclusive amenities provided in-room created a comfortable and lavish experience. the location was highly convenient with easy access to the main attractions.
Although my stay here was exceptional, I found that the breakfast offered by the hotel was not up to par. While it was decent, it was not as impressive as the exquisite amenities and service I received throughout my stay.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location in the heart of the city, right on the main square. You can witness the famous running of the bulls during the San Fermin Festival right from your room. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff is welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and eateries within walking distance to choose from.
It would have been even more convenient if the hotel had its own bar or restaurant.
